Hi! I’m Kelsey - a licensed Occupational Therapist with a Master’s Degree from Concordia University Wisconsin. I am also certified in Dry Needling. I’ve always believed that healing happens best when the whole person is cared for, not just the symptoms. That’s what led me to specialize in integrative bodywork. In my practice, I use a combination of hands-on techniques such as dry needling, cupping, soft tissue work and deep tissue therapy to help release tension, restore movement, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. Whether you’re dealing with pain, recovering from an injury, or simply wanting to feel more aligned and balanced, my goal is to help you move with greater ease and feel more at home in your body. I’m passionate about creating a safe, restorative space where you can truly unwind, reconnect, and leave feeling better than when you came in. Your appointments are very important to me, and time is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 20% of the scheduled service. No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will also be charged 20% of the scheduled service. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment to secure future appointments. This policy allows me to serve all clients better by keeping appointment times available for those who need care.
